How do I know whether my computer is compatible with the software or not?
You must make sure that your operation system is in accordance with what the webpage system requirement describes.
The Windows products System Requirements:
OS Supported: Windows NT4/2000/2003 and Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11
CPU: 800MHz Intel or AMD CPU or above
RAM: 512MB RAM or more
The Mac products System Requirements:

How to change the activated device?
First, visit the VIP membership center. Then, in the Home tab, click Change Device and confirm. It will unbind all the devices activated by this registration code. If you only want to unbind one device, contact the support.
How can I update my software when there is a latest version?
What you need to do is re-download this software from the product webpage or the download page and cover your original one. Then, input your User Name and your Registration Code.
My PC is equipped with NVIDIA® CUDA™ graphic card, but why the GUP acceleration does not work?
Firstly, the NVIDIA® CUDA™ graphic card is only supported by the NVIDIA driver, while your PC graphics driver may be a Windows built-in one, which can not support your graphics, so the GUP acceleration can not work. Then, you must make sure that your driver is the latest one on the NVIDIA official website: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/.
